Hello,
I had the following error message trying to clear the cache:
Failed to reload configuration and clear cache!
The sync with the designer runs perfectly, despite I have the “500 The call failed on the server; see server log for details” error while opening the designer.
As soon as I want to add the MAC address of the controller, I have the same error message.
I deleted earlier today this mac address from the controller management. Perhaps does my account need to be cleared manually.
My problem is that the new screens created since the last good connection are not displayed on the iOS console.
