Saving your design failed due a prior safety lock of your account.

When saving design I receive the message “Saving your design failed due a prior safety lock of your account.”
I have seen similar problems listed and it looks like the the solution is a reset of account on server.
Please advise if this is solution and what is the procedure to submit request for server reset.

Have a Windows 10 (64bit) and Firefox browser.

It wasn't hard to fix! Try IE. I get the same error on Chrome, W10x64 but on IE it works fine.... I am betting it is a Java implimentation issue so you may need the latest java in combination with IE11
