Hello @Pierre_O @Pierre @Don @Rich @martin.peeters please get in touch. I am login successfully through direct ip address 192.168.1.168 on both with PC and mobile phone web browser connected to the same local network and it opened the login page without any issue at all. But when trying to open with Openremote Mobile App it always throwing an error message or sometimes crashed. Please assist further to fix this issue.

You are not in Wifi on this screenshot, make sure you are in the same subnet when you use the app

Hello @pcr sorry, forgot to turn-on the wifi, but afraid to say that it still didn’t work this time also with wifi connected to same subnet.

have you tried with https://192.168.1.168 (or http://192.168.1.168)?

Hello @pcr Sure! when tried with https://192.168.1.168 (or http://192.168.1.168) and hit the next button it gets crash always.
