Can't interact with users

Hi everyone
I don’t know if it’s always been like that in my instance but if I click on the drop-down arrow on a regular user or a service user, nothing happens. I can only create new users
Any ideas?

Hi pcr,

That sounds like an issue with the permissions. Are you sure the user account you are using has read:users?
However, the user interface was updated some time ago, it might be nice to update OpenRemote to have the latest functionality.

I’m doing it with the admin from Master realm, so that shouldn’t be a problem…
I’ll check the version, but I installed OpenRemote in the last months so I don’t know if that’s the issue
