Can't login as user from another realm than master

Hi, I created a user in another realm, but when I want to login with its credentials, it always returns an error. What could be the problem?

Yes sure, here are the screenshots. When I enter the password it says “Invalid username or password” after clicking on “SIGN IN”. When I create a new user in the master realm everything works fine.
