Cant save in Open Remote Designer

Hi!

When I try to save in the OpenRemote Designer I get an error message saying “Saving your design failed due a prior safety lock of your account…” Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi Stuart. Yes I have found some topics of the subject, bit nothing have that have given à solution fot me.

I’ve gotten the same problem, contacted the OR crew on facebook for days but didn’t respond at all. ( They did read my problem )
Finally i’ve figured out the issue is in the history of your browser, try the following things.

  • Clear browser history, cookies, etc ,etc.

  • Close browsers and use CCleaner to clean residu that is left behind.

Workaround

  • Use Google Incognito and try again
