In March 2024, the configuration of a system where the signals from more than 20 water wells are being monitored was completed. However, at the end of November 2024, the modification of the attribute ‘data points max age days’ (to keep the 2 years historical data) of the parameters of each of the wells was made.

The problem is that now I cannot export the historical data, selected in a range of dates indicated.

In fact, when I try to select an attribute to export its information, it does not appear selected in the ‘Data selection’ section, so that I cannot export the desired information.

I don’t know what is happening, that I can no longer export the information.
Any suggestions as to what I should do to be able to export the information?
Any action I should take?

Hi Guillermo,

There’s a good chance that the dataset queried from the database is too large, resulting in an internal timeout.
Recently some improvements have been introduced to give the user feedback about this.
Have your tried shortening the time period?
