Fleet Management/telematics integration updated to latest version

Good morning everyone!

I have just updated the openremote/fleet-management repository and Docker images to use the most recent OpenRemote version.

This means, that alarms, amongst other things, are now integrated in the fleet telematics integration of OpenRemote. This adds a new way of monitoring your fleet. Along with rules, you can create alarms in case a vehicle requires attention, such as if the vehicle is overspeeding, if it has crashed, if there are misfires, or if the device itself has been unplugged. Another idea would be in case a new OBD/CAN error message is created, etc. Also, you can use it to be alarmed when a vehicle has reached a certain mileage, for preventative maintenance. Possibilities are endless!

As always, make sure to read through the openremote/fleet-management wiki and the updated OpenRemote documentation website for more information and guides.

Please let me know if there are any issues, or if there are any further questions!

Here’s a quick demo of alarms in action using Unplug (AVL ID 252):

We select an asset or an asset type, and we construct the when-then rule. After that, we select a new alarm and set our desired severity.

After triggering the rule (by unplugging the device), we see this alarm raised:

We can then assign, triage, and manage the raised alarm.
