Getting to work simulated asset

Hello all,

I’m new to openremote, so far I’ve been able to get it up and running in my PC and doing some basic whitelabeling work, plus some HTTP agent going ok (per tutorials).

Next step would be to simulate some sensors to assemble a more complete demo, but frankly I think I’m not getting the idea right. I have setup a Simulator Agent, and I’m under the impression that I’m going to need to link to it from some other Asset, but I cannot figure out what would be the way to configure and set up the whole chain properly.

Can somebody please provide an example or steps regarding this? I haven’t been able to find a suitable example online.
