For whatever reason, when I try to do the initial synchronization between the controller & designer, when I put my username and password in, I get the message Authentication failed, please check your username and password. I know that I am using the right credentials.
I have tried with both Chrome and Edge browsers.
Stuck before I can even get started.

Some times...
I've had this issue because one or other is expecting some capital letters.
On another occasion, I had a strange issue because the controller wasn't running with root privileges.
However, I'm sure someone else will come up with a much better explanation.
Had the same issue, appears to be an account issue on the backend server, created a new account and the controller was able to sync.
