I cant get Zwave running after upgrade to 2.5.0

I am trying to upgrade open remote from 2.1.0 to version 2.5.0 but i cannot get wave working. Did all the steps in the tutorial. I am stil on Java 6.45 and i copied wave.jar in the correct location.
In the new Designer i first made the inclusion and exclusion switches but i cannot get them to work. Hope that someone can explain to me what i am doing wrong.

Silly me, there is no need to replace the Zwave.jar file anymore. Guess thats because there is free or pro version anymore.

What remains are the timeout errors at the end of the log. Anyone who can share a light on this?
