There is a lot of extra information needed for anyone to answer this question.
Are we talking about the OpenRemote app, or a custom one?
Is this screenshot taken on an Android or iOS device? If so, what version does it have?
Did you try to visit the app through a mobile browser, and did that work?
And of course, are there odd logs in the proxy / manager / keycloak containers?
Next to that, we could use some information on your deployment.
For example, is it running locally, or running on a remote server?
In this scenario, are we connecting using HTTP or HTTPS, and a custom domain / hostname?
Do you use a custom project, or are we connecting to the Manager UI?
All this information would help a lot to solve your issues.
